Delivery Time
• Orders are delivered within 5-7 business days, packaged with precision and attention to detail.

Rescheduling Your Delivery
• You may reschedule your delivery twice for your convenience.
• If delivery attempts exceed three times without success, the order will be automatically canceled.

Cancellations & Fees: 
• Orders can be cancelled without any fees within 2 hours of being placed
• If order is canceled after reaching shipping phase, shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.

• Orders above 3000 EGP Requires a deposit before shipping.

Package Handling
• Orders cannot be opened upon delivery.
